In many disaster-affected and rural regions, manufactured housing offers a fast, cost-effective, and high-quality solution for displaced residents. Ducky Recovery is a certified installer and general contractor for both modular and mobile home replacement programs. We specialize in delivering HUD-approved manufactured units that meet or exceed federal safety, wind zone, and anchoring requirements.
Our team oversees the full lifecycle—from foundation and utility prep, to transportation and final trim-out. We’ve successfully completed installations in high-risk flood zones, coastal hurricane paths, and tribal communities, where elevation and accessibility are key considerations.
For mobile homes, we handle site readiness, tie-down anchoring, and secure skirting installation. For modular homes, we coordinate crane lifts, multi-section assembly, and final interior finishing. Regardless of the unit type, our goal is to provide a turn-key home that meets all program guidelines and gives families peace of mind.
