The GLO’s mission is to assist homeowners—particularly those who are low- to moderate-income, elderly, disabled, or otherwise vulnerable—by funding reconstruction, rehabilitation, and elevation of storm-damaged homes across Texas’ hardest-hit counties. Ducky Recovery has been on the front lines of this mission, serving communities in Houston, Harris County, Jefferson County, Port Arthur, and beyond.
