Through this program, Ducky Recovery has played a vital role in delivering rehabilitation, reconstruction, and manufactured home replacement services for disaster-impacted households across Robeson County—a region especially vulnerable due to its geography, infrastructure, and socioeconomic makeup.
With deep experience operating in eastern North Carolina, Ducky Recovery works closely with NCEM, local permitting agencies, tribal entities, and HUD oversight teams to ensure full regulatory compliance, timely execution, and a high standard of quality.
